ANCM Services for Autoline
Country Versions – Rollout and Operation According to Plan
Based on the ANCM service catalogue (Autoline New Collaboration Model), TSS AR offers services spanning the entire software lifecycle with product management, rollout, operations and support. To this end TSS AR is implementing the Autoline National Implementation Package (NSIP) together with the national companies. Furthermore, over 200 Autoline installations are operated in an ASP solution according to ITIL best practices across Europe. For Germany, Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg the respective national Autoline solution has been adapted to currency and language as well as to legal and statutory provisions. Special adaptations are necessary for individual companies here depending on their size and staff numbers.

Autoline China
Full Support with Performance Enhancement
The goal is to support Sales with its strong growth in China. The focus of TSS AR consists in providing operational experts within the local Mercedes-Benz IT organization and helping to achieve the performance and stability targets set for the business. In addition, the aim is to align the operation of infrastructure and applications in China and Europe to the same ITIL standards and automation tools and thereby realize synergies through an intensive exchange of information.

Autoline Niederlassung
15,000 Users at the Launch
In the Autoline Niederlassung project TSS AR acts as general contractor and also supplies the project manager. The task assignment comprises the successful launch of the Autoline Dealer Management System from ADP on the basis of customer-oriented standard processes with adaptation of the entire structural and process organization. Autoline is being rollout out in the entire branch organization with some 15,000 employees. TSS AR is responsible here for process and system design, developing and implementing the operation and support concept and providing the basis for comprehensive quality management and overall project management with change management.

EWA Operations and Support
Parts and Workshop Data for 96,000 Users Worldwide
TSS AR provides EWA as an application service package (ASP) solution for Daimler based on ITIL processes. Furthermore, we control the performance of the data center on a requirements-oriented basis in a partner model as an important contribution to greater efficiency through the centralization of resources within Daimler. TSS AR also supports the Group in defining operational architecture. We have been supplying application services from EWA for the Daimler sales network since 2006 with over 96,000 users worldwide.

Innovative IT Solution for car2go GmbH
Complex Individual Software with Agile Development Methodology
New mobility designs are inconceivable without IT. When mobility becomes a service we provide the infrastructure. In the car2go project, TSS is responsible for business process modeling, requirements development for software and telematics hardware and developing the technologically diverse front end and server systems (back office, user portal, mobile apps). We also supply the telematics and head unit software in vehicles and provide support for coordination with the hardware suppliers and integrating and testing the hardware and software components. The car2go project is developing very dynamically: In this kind of market environment an agile procedure model such as SCRUM ensures utmost flexibility and responsiveness.

Project File for ITM
Lean Solution with Much Added Value
If standard software needs adapting then product and process expertise is essential: Professional project management at ITM is today provided via the Houston.IT project methodology and the Clarity reporting tool. To enable the project data also to be administered and stored professionally, TSS added the project file to the project archiving in Clarity on the basis of standard software within a few days. This facilitates cooperation and the exchange of documents between IT and the specialist department and permits overriding access to all authorized documents and projects. Today's solution is based on OpenText eDocs and will be replaced by a Microsoft SharePoint version as soon as the basic infrastructure conditions for this are available.

SAP BI für ITM/H
Central Data Warehousing for HR Reporting
In the HR Earth project TSS is supplying a BI solution on behalf of ITM/H for the evaluation of all key HR figures relevant for the management of Daimler AG. The consolidated solution serves to answer HR reporting questions from the management. Starting from a very heterogeneous and dynamic global development of HR systems within Daimler AG, a data warehouse was designed and implemented on the basis of the SAP BI standard that contains all HR-relevant staff data of the Group. The integration of the relevant data from a large number of non-SAP systems serves to improve significantly the data quality, up-to-dateness and reliability. Focused on the main core contents of HR reporting, the various reporting solutions in the HR division are reduced to a central system, thereby making a valuable contribution towards enhancing the efficiency of the entire Group.
