TSS supports the preparation of requirements engineering processes such as Journey 2 Excellence with its long-standing practical experience in ascertaining and formulating user and system requirements. Particular attention is paid to the efficient use of the system, user productivity and reducing training and support costs. Among other things, we carry out special investigations with a mobile usability laboratory for this purpose. This has enabled concrete enhancement measures to be derived for EPDM, for instance.
